New York issues advisory on rule for trainer continuing education

The New York State Gaming Commission has issued an equine medical advisory regarding mandatory continuing education for trainers and assistant trainers who have at least 12 starts in New York.

The complete text of the rule, which was approved by the NYSGC earlier in December, will be published in the New York State Register Dec. 28.
