The Maryland Department of Labor, The Office of the Secretary, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive Director of the Maryland Racing Commission. This position oversees the regulatory functions of the MRC in accordance with Business Regulation Article, Title 11, § 11-205 et. seq., Annotated Code of Maryland, and by doing so, integrates the function of racing into the mission of the Department.
