Illinois Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association President Mike Campbell, in a letter to the editor that appeared in the March 15 Thoroughbred Daily News, provides an update on the ongoing contract dispute between Arlington Park and the ITHA and urged track owner Churchill Downs Inc. to increase purses for the upcoming meet scheduled to begin in early May.
